SWAT is outdoor fitness sessions, which we guarantee will increase your fitness, aid weight-loss and leave you feeling stronger and healthier than before. No two consecutive work-outs will ever be the same – the exercises and the terrain will change each time. Expect the unexpected, and enjoy being in the outdoors with a bunch of like-minded individuals. The cost is just $12 per session. Will you enjoy it? Definitely - especially after the session is all over! You will feel a great sense of achievement. Will you be pushed to the limit? No, but at times you will be working out of your comfort-zone and progressions will happen gradually over a few weeks. Can beginners join in? Yes, we will have three levels (beginners; intermediate; advanced) within SWAT Camp and you will be assessed beforehand to determine which level is most suitable for you. Do I need to pay upfront? You can pay for upfront for 10 weeks and receive a discount or visit casually for $10 per session. What can you expect? We will provide disciplined, effective, and safe training. If you want to work hard, you will be pushed and challenged. Whatever you’re level of fitness, you will feel you have accomplished something for the day. We will not stand over you shouting instructions – we will participate, interact, encourage and offer you feedback after each session. Where do you meet?
