ZULU FITNESS is an Avoca Beach based business, working in areas across the Central Coast. We believe fitness is for every ‘body’, and want to work with a wide range of people, helping them to feel fitter and stronger. We live and work in a beautiful part of Australia, and we utilise the outdoor spaces as much as possible. Our main venue for group classes is the Avoca Scout Hall, situated on the lagoon, although you will often see our clients running the beaches/stairs and streets of Avoca and surrounding areas.
We offer group fitness classes, where the social interaction is all part of the experience – we love sharing the grunt, sweat, laughs and sense of achievement with our clients. Our PT sessions are geared towards working towards the goals of our clients, sharing our know-how with their guts and determination.
Our approach to fitness is not unique; like countless others we offer a service where people can work-out in a safe and effective environment. What you will get at ZULU FITNESS is the following:
- Trainers who make every class count – this is your work-out and we want to make it the best one you will have all week!
- A place where everyone knows your name and saying ‘Hello’ to those around you is encouraged.
- Access to trainers, who will chat to you about general fitness, nutrition, healthy lifestyles for kids and any other fitness related topic until the cows come home!
- A steady encouragement to push the boundaries and take your fitness to the next level.
- Classes and sessions which challenge you and offer a full body work-out.
- A place you can come to where you will not feel intimidated, experience complacency, boredom, or lack of interest by our trainers.
Testimonial:
"We have been attending aquarobics sessions run by Jules and Jack at the Picketts Valley pool every Tuesday and Friday since they first started.
We look forward to each class with these energetic, good humoured and friendly trainers. There is no doubt that we are steadily gaining in fitness and being on the shady side of 60 we find the exercises are just right. If we miss even one class we start getting withdrawal symptoms! "
